Located inside the Biodiversity Center of Euskadi (Ekoetxea Urdaibai). The restaurant has a capacity for 25 people (or 35 groups), and presents cuisine traditional dyes, with a large base of orchard,
natural product of high quality and seasonal as well as meats and local raw materials. Their dishes will delight visitors.
The bar Madaixagane expect a change of more modern, contemporary and welcoming image, also with a large terrace from which children’s play areas and Urdaibai reserve currency. With a tempting pintxos bar and a menu of Pikoteo you can taste both the bar and on the terrace.
A wide range incorporating flavor and tradition, we can enjoy through a special menu € 18+ VAT, or go a la carte,
where we expect such suggestive dishes like stuffed leeks txangurro or onions squids or in ink.
With a highly focused product seasonal cuisine, the selection work is done on the basis of producers and suppliers in the region.
Responsible for carrying the baton in the kitchen is the Chef Lander Onaindia, who keeps on their backs a path that has led him to explore local and Zaldúa,
Baserri Maitea or Almiketxu, and promises to take the room, or the stunning outdoor terrace best of the local cuisine to the delight of diners.
